Patricia Hatley, author of 4 Generations @ Work: Leading from Conflict to Collaboration, will address the five generations currently in the workplace – veterans, baby boomers, Generation X, Generation Y, and plurals – and explore each group’s preferences, values, digital impact, workplace implications, and what works to inspire members of the respective group to engagement.
