A Serbian Film. It's a foreign film, if you don't mind subtitles. And some of the content is pretty messed up, but it's incredibly violent and gory.

I wasn't trying to boast anything about my taste in horror, fictional horror that is. I was simply hoping someone out there might mention something I haven't watched. Sometimes some really great flicks go unnoticed unless someone brings them to light. Fo reelz
