Consider this. For all practical purposes a corporation is a person. Now, If Surry was to pass a law to restrict Mexicans businesses from operating it their county, how legal would that be?

what statue? I think there are a number of them. A government can not legally make laws based on political differences. That is a given in Constitutional law.

It's benign, thats the thing. Voters dont give a hoot what soda vendor is in a county building...its a pandering to some fake outrage...doesn't the right call it a "false flag." The hypocrisy on their end is ripe.
