I never had any questions. I think that the site is one sided. I think Carlton sits in his computer throne and allows certain groups and individuals to be bashed on here. If, for example, there was a thread started about h*mosexuals, Hispanics, African Americas, LGBT's then it would immediately get deleted.
If you had particular hat groups posting on here, then they too, would be deleted. I started a thread that said a drone was extracting private information from people's home. And then supplying that information to law enforcement enabling them to make drug arrest. All those threads and post have been deleted. However, absurd it sounds, it can't be disproved. Carlton and or goyadkin felt it was not true and irrelevant to conversation, so they removed it.
Now, with that, it's ok to insult you, your spouse, your children, certain groups (law enforcement, EMS, fire departments, public works, state agencies) and public officials.
In another thread goyadkin did not delete the names of the detectives and or the judge and continued to allow people to pass judgement on them professionally and personally. With a judge being an elected official, they (she) put herself out there for some criticism. But I do not think it is fair to name officers by name and then continue to bash them. Yes, he remove the state troopers name, however leaves the detectives names on the thread, actually he started, and gave the officer's names. It seems like that when someone gets on here and makes up a lie about someone that involves a lot of people it would get deleted. I have seen them disappear before. It seems like you should not be able to get on here and make up anything and nothing be done against the individual that made it up. I guess there is a way that you can find out who that would be? I'm not sure, but the operator of this site has the obligation to do away with purely made up posts

Definitely true, but the thread was still a violation of the Terms in two ways:

1. While it's not illegal, the implication was that he was committing adultery. For our purposes, we consider it to be libel if you're accusing someone of illegal or immoral activity without proof.

2. While the Trooper's name is public information, per the Terms & Conditions you can only discuss that for which they are publicly known; eg, their job performance. A discussion of whom they may or may not be dating is not appropriate for the site.

I called **** a wife beating son of a wh*re! Because the civil paper he received was a domestic violence protection order, and he was charged with assault on a female. Now, knowing him, and his single mother whom dates lots of other men, I referred to him as that.
Then in retaliation his buddy underdog called my wife a wh*re, without merit and or proof. But you didn't remove that. So what you are saying, someone flagged my comment? (I doubt it) which makes my point.
