Notice in the article states "when the deputies returned". Then why are the barneys not charged as well? If the DA of yadkin had any balls he would charge them too. Can anyone get the names of these barneys?

Why does it have to be "one day"? And "someone else"? Why don't you do something about it dog? You seem to have a law degree, medical physician license, masters in business, and a doctorate in social services. Sounds like you are the man or something, for the job?

I don't see why people do this to animals. If something happens, and you can no longer afford taking care of them, you don't just let them starve. I absolutely refuse to believe that a rescue group couldn't be contacted, BY THE OWNERS, HAD THEY BEEN RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO DO IT, to help with feeding these animals.

One day maybe someone will seek criminal charges against the barneys and the sheriff for gross negligence. Given the history of the two idiots sargent Boyles, and detective Norman that do favors for female dispatchers and the rest of the gang in the sheriffs office that made up names to further show their ignorance its not at all unexpected.

The sheriff's dept was called a year ago on these horses. NOTHING was done and one died from starvation at THAT time. Ever seen a horse down..bag of bones..and witnessed it trying to get up?
Suddenly, they are suppose to be heroes for FINALLY going out? Too late, Barney Oliver!!!!! The Mom horse of the 3 week old baby horse had to be euthanized!
