I don't know why this is going on but here is what it looks like to me.

The person who at first had his name posted on here but removed it shortly after he started posting had an easement on his property that let the town use it. He feels he was wronged by the town somehow (maybe with some timber that should or should not have been removed, maybe something else). Now he is trying to rally people to his cause against the town with this burning thing. The thing that tips me off about that is he rails on and on about burning and the town poisoning its citizens but it stills keeps coming up about timber and his land.

My wife used to work at the county managers office. I have heard all kinds of stories about those who are there almost every week to complain about one thing or another. I don't know the details here but it sounds to me like we have one of those types here on goyadkin.

You are correct, Fix has most likely already passed his/her problems on to their children.

The postings reflect an intelligent person, suffering from a Paranold-Schizophrenic disorder. Which is refected in a history of growing suspiciousness, and difficulty in interpersonal relationships. A tendency toward absurd, illogical and changeable delusions.

Some of these posts are clearly delusional in nature and compound the issues the individual is trying to convey. They are filled with unproveable statements, and may as well claim that the sky is falling for example.

This disorder is often hereditary and passed on in the genes to off spring.

Fix needs to sit down with his pyschologist and/or go back on his/her medications.

Fiesta: Is it not an even bigger disservice to allow Illegal and Harmful actions to be done, to know about them and do nothing? That makes me as guilty as the Town of Boonville in Gods eyes; to know of wrong being done to others and to say nothing. Is it not an even bigger disservice to not inform my Community and County of the wrong and Illegal actions of those elected and sworn to "Serve the Interest of Others" in that Community? Is it not an even bigger disservice to teach my children, grandchildren, and others that you don't call people out for their actions because they are "Leaders in the Community"?

Fiesta: just so we can all be clear on why I am "Stressed"; Any and all stress that I am under over all these Illegal actions by the Town of Boonville is because of the Town of Boonville and their total disregard for "Public Safety", "Environmental Safety", and the Laws that govern the Town of Boonville, County of Yadkin, State of North Carolina, and the United States of America. Yes, I am immensely concerned over the effects of what these Toxins have done to the health and well being of my wife, children, and grandchildren; would you not? When you attack or hurt me, I may respond, or I may just take it; but when you threaten my wife, children, grandchildren, or other children in my community, I will do everything I can to expose you for what you are and what you have done; do not harm the innocent, the Town of Boonville did exactly that...

Think about this:

The Boonville Town Supervisor was incapable of properly reading a document of an Easement on my property, as a result, they did major damage to my property; in that same action, the Boonville Town Supervisor illegally removed a very large amount of timber from my property, that is theft. Now, this same Boonville Town Supervisor was directly responsible and accountable for the Illegal Burning of "Synthetics" that released all the Toxins I am talking about and exposed both my family and other Citizens to them. If the Town of Boonville (Mayor and Town Board) found these things to be wrong, that individual would no longer be working for the Town of Boonville; by keeping this individual employed in a management type position, or any capacity at all, is an admission to their own guilt in every single matter I have mentioned; they knew what he was doing!!!!!! What is even worse, ten thousand times over, is that by keeping this individual employed with the Town of Boonville, they (Mayor and Town Board) find this behavior 100% acceptable...

Fiesta: Perhaps all you need to get over someone exposing your children and grandchildren to over 200 know Toxins and Carcinogens is to "Burn" a little something and chill out, but that just won't cost the mustard here. I was not joking or adding the least thing when I stated that June 19th, 2013 when I returned home from work that the smell and smoke were so bad that my grandchildren were asking to go inside, they said, "can we go inside, the smoke burns my eyes and makes it feel funny to breath". That is the absolute truth, may God strike me down if I am l lying about this at all...

I have no idea just how bad the affects of what the Illegal Burning by the Town of Boonville will be on any of my family's health, but I fully expect these people to be held accountable and to charged with Reckless Endangerment and Negligence; as well as any other charges that can be brought against them!!! They knew this was illegal, they knew that "Burning" mattresses, PVC Plastic, Creosote Treated Wood, and and other items was potentially harmful to human beings as well as the environment; they knew that their fire was only a few feet from my property and house; they did this anyway, with total disregard for my family and every Citizen in the town of Boonville. These actions ate criminal and they should be charged, period!!!

Lufkin; 2 more quick points for you...

1. You discussed "Illegal Burning" from 1 household, Boonville has roughly 400 households, not to mention apartments; when both my family, and others, were exposed to this "Illegal Burning of Waste" by the Town of Boonville, we were all exposed to at least 400 times worse than that from a single home.

2. If you truly feel that there are no harmful Toxins from burning the items I have mentioned so far, and you truly think there is no "Long Term Adverse Effects", there is a large number of Universities and Government Agencies that would love to use a "Living Human Specimen" for testing on exposure of Toxins from said materials, they may even pay you; but, I promise you will be asked to sign a "Waver" releasing them from any liability. Let me know if you are interested, I will gladly help you find a source to perform this testing, just let me know...

Lufkin: No matter if others like you did "Burn" Illegal items in your backyard or not, it does not change any facts, Toxins are released from these items when burned. Lufkin: Actually, no we did not, my parents did not burn anything other than leaves or brush, neither did my grandparents, for that matter; I guess they realized that burning certain things was bad for people and the environment even before there were laws against burning such items; the bulk of laws the Town of Boonville broke have been on the books for decades, no excuse...

If the Town of Boonville wasn't aware of Toxins being released from burning mattresses, plastic (especially PVC), Creosote, treated lumber, insecticide containers and so on, then they have no business governing a town; this stuff is and has been taught at the Elementary School level for decades. There is a tremendous difference in fumes from burning brush (leaves, limbs, grass clippings) and fumes from mattresses, Polyolefin plastic, Polyethylene film, Poly-Vinyl-Chloride (releases Chlorine gas into the atmosphere; Hitler used this to kill many Jewish people during his destructive path in History, because it was so effective), Creosote, Paneling, Insulation, and so on... I guess Boonville wants to be like Hitler, poison people to death!!!

People use to burn wood and coal to heat homes this pollutes the atmosphere but now you want to complain. I will bet you are or was a smoker along with your parents or grandparents to. If you are a concerned citizen of Boonville and want change there will be an election coming, change it then. This is stupid.

Please, just ask yourselves.... How would you feel if people knowingly and willingly endangered your family's health and well being? Now, how would you feel if these people are the "Ones" Elected and paid, or Hired by elected people and paid with your Tax dollars to "Serve" you and your community? Ok, how would you feel if all this group of people would do about it, was to try to hide it and treat you like you are a criminal? How would you feel about the people responsible for these heinous acts, the fact that they had absolutely no regard or concern about your children and grandchildren? Answer this honestly to yourselves, or post your feelings, but you can begin to get an idea of how I currently feel...

I understand how the laws get confusing, but a Town cannot "Burn" period, nothing at all; only exception would be if the apply for and are granted a Permit from the State of NC. This law was made because it is too easy and tempting for any Town or Corporation to illegally "Burn" waste that is harmful; just as the Town of Boonville did, for years.

Do not feel bad about being confused by the laws; the Boonville Fire Dept. did not know, nor did the Yadkin County Fire Marshall, I had to have the NC State Fire Marshall call and tell the Yadkin County Fire Marshall the law, so he in return, could advise the Boonville Fire Dept. of this law. The problem here, is that if you are Elected, Appointed, or Hired into a position, it is that's individuals responsibility to become familiar (to know) the Laws, Rules, and Regulations pertaining to "Said" position; none of the responsible parties involved (Boonville Fire Dept. / County Fire Marshall) knew the law, as a result, my wife, children, and grandchildren were continually exposed to Toxins and danger from this Illegal Burning and Illegal Disposal of Waste...

Advocate you are wrong. The state law says you can burn only vegetation from your own property. The town can not collect the towns vegetation and burn it with or without a permit. Also the state sets and enforces burning laws not the town of booneville. Their hides need tanning good and proper by the epa.

I already know of two other small towns that did the same thing except they only burned vegetation and the epa burned them with fines.

Yet another factor that has Flabbergasted me is, I see and know how corrupt big government can and will be, how bad ours currently is; I never expected it to be so bad in Small Town America, I live in this area because I felt it to be filled with God fearing / loving people, who believe in justice and righteousness...

I can't get the Letter to ",Paste" on this website / posting board; it states that the town cannot burn anything without a special permit, even in a Towns where Citizens can burn legally; it goes further to state that "Synthetics" should never be burned. If I could post a copy of the Letter for all, I would.

Inquired of the Police Report on the date all of this went down, I was informed by a. Boonville Police officer, there was no Police Report; I find it very interesting that the Boonville PD did not have to file a report when dispatched from the Yadkin Sheriffs office... More Lawlessness in Boonville!!!

I can't say which hurts worse; the thought of all the evenings I came home to find my wife upset because the laundry she did that day had to be re-washed and dried in the dryer because of the smell from whatever the Town of Boonville was burning that week from the monthly pickup; thinking about her being exposed time and time again by the Town of Boonviille and their carelessness... Or

The thoughts that even my local Police are not doing what they are "Sworn" to do, protect and serve the Citizens of Boonville; even not filing reports on Police Activity. I guess this just goes to show how bad the situation in Boonville actually is...
