Doesn't surprise me, that is one arrogant state worker and has some anger issues. Is a real bad apple indeed. Where do they find these winners at? It's hard to believe he is still employed if he has been charged with Dwi once , not to mention twice!!!

Hard to believe that the state would keep an engineer employed and still drive state vehicles after having 2 DWI's , sounds like they need to review this bad apple before he hurts someone in a state vehicle. Seems like to me they should be more careful when hiring people.
