We never got a railroad because there were so many better ones all around with easier access than the monorail that was built in Yadkin county? If that isn't the case then the railroad analogy does not apply.

I create jobs in Yadkin county and bring out of state money here and inject it into the local economy. That is how I help the county grow. What do you do?
This glorified first aid station never had anything to do with the state of our county. It is just short term gossip material for those who are not clever enough to find better material.

It's people like fiesta with all their negative comments and putting our hospital down is why this county will never grow. If our hospital saves one life it's worth having it open, and that one life could be yours one day.

Your blood sugar being 30 you would not have been able to make coherent decisions. Your EMS could have solved your diabetic crisis as there is nothing state of the art about an IV and Dextrose. You could have died on your ride by car to Winston.
The hospital will likely remain closed until your commissioners figure out they are going to have to pony up some cash to a vendor.

Seriously....Who has ever been to the Yadkinville hospital? I am not joking here.
I am a diabetic in Yadkinville. About 3 months ago my blood sugar dropped to about 30. My wife was taking me to Hoots and I made her go on to Forsyth. We called ahead to tell them I was coming and went straight in bypassing the usual wait time in the ER. I recieved state of the art expert care there instead of some CNA just trying to stick peanut butter crackers down my throat.
It would be a waste of time to go to Hoots and I would not trust my life to that glorified first aid station. Considering the fact that pretty much 100% of the Yadkin county population lives within 20 minutes of either Iredell Memorial, Wilkes General, Hugh Chatham, or Forsyth, who would ever go to Hoots for anything other than an X-ray or something like that?
This will never mean anything to pretty much anyone living in Yadkin county or any business or individual ever considering moving here. I know some people love to look for something to complain about but this is a total non-issue. Move on to the next thing.

When this is all said and done it will be the biggest sham ever pulled on Yadkin county tax paying citizens. The sham will have been pulled by your elected officials.

Back rent? That makes no sense either. They had to have a performance bond or did the county not get one?

Apparently, the company owes the county millions in back rent they have not paid. They appear to be taking one step at a time. Former patients certainly need to obtain their medical records.

And just what good will come out of this. The county has spent time and money on this effort only to have it shut down again in a couple of weeks that is if it ever opens back up.
