Maybe you should go over and speak with them. Maybe check on the ole lady. She may not be able to

look after the little dog. Maybe you could help and be a good neighbor.

It's 1 am and the dogs barking is quieter and softer because it's been cold and barking since 9 pm. Maybe it will just succumb to the cold and die.

I don't want it to. I feel sorry for it but I don't want to go walking into their yard at 1 am like a prowler and get shot or something. I have a new comforter I will bring over in the daylight so at least it will have something to cover up with.

This little dog goes through this every winter when it's cold. I found out this week that an old lady lives in the house and was in the hospital, I guess a relative was watching the house but obviously doesn't care about the dog. She's too old, the relative doesn't care, and the dog just wants to be inside where it is warm.

This is why I hate people.

If anyone knows the old lady on Dewitt Street who forgets to bring her little dog in on cold nights, or the negligent relative who should know better and not leave a small dog outside when it's freezing or under 50 degrees... Can you kindly have a word with them and explain how wrong this is and the dog is suffering because they ignore it in freezing weather?

All it wants is love and a warm bed. How is that a problem for these people?
