Click the Docket portal and the Search for Dockets

Docket number is sp-7950

From the documents in there it looks pretty close (if not in) town limits. I though that you couldn't have a solar farm within town limits or ETJ because of that rule with the other solar farm that tried to go up a few years ago that it ahd to be zoned manufacturing or something like that??

The Welborn land was recently rezoned to manufacturing.....in case you were wondering...

Also, kind of ironic, this solar farm is not getting any attention and the one that caused a bug fuss is literally on the same map image as the Welborn solar farm......dirty and crooked politics maybe....

Reference the docket number as well in the email complaints or questions need to be made by this Friday (8/26)...seems odd that they are trying to push it quick too...
