Twice recently have had cops run up and get right on my bumper. My speedometer was right on the speed limit so I wondered what prompted the incident. Now I suspect that it was for the purpose of reading the new sticker on the plate with the month and year. When moving, it is not clearly visible from a very far distance.

In one of the instances the tailgating continued for about 3 miles, unmarked car, not sure who was in the car. Had no firearm with me so did not want to confront if it was a criminal. Driving a 134 HP 4-cylinder, so outrunning was not a choice. So I just held my speed. When I turned off, the license plate revealed that it was official. Probably was trying to tempt me into speeding.
