Felony charges were filed against some kid who posted a video of him torturing a puppy or small dog. Apparently it was so graphic that Ken Beck on WXII news said they didn't want to show the video on air.

Kids like this grow up to be serial killers, rapists or child molesters. Asking everyone to make sure the county prosecutor gives the MAXIMUM sentence as an adult to this miserable excuse for a human. No excuses for age, this was a premeditated and deliberate act.

The dog was seized by animal control and is at the shelter.

I myself just prefer to shoot people who torture or neglect their dogs...
