Buck Shoals Preacher would you explain more fully how all this works for insurance ratings and which departments don't need help?

I went to a meeting this morning and was informed that the county was looking at putting a paid firefighter at every station. I thought wow that is truly amazing we pray in my church for the fire department every chance we can for help and healthy . What I’m truly saddened by is I also heard that a couple of departments near me are the departments saying they don’t need help and all I can think is how is that possible . You know I see other departments try to get there service better I hear of departments getting really good insurance ratings and the the count offers to help and they are told they don’t need it.
We what you need is to open your eyes and see you are doing nothing but hurting your community and your departments. Please if you read this go tell the chief of your Department to take the county up on the offer and get us the help we need and lower our insurance rates please. May God Bless you
