Peppery! This should cover about 2 pounds of steak.

Put everything in a big Zip Lock bag. Drop the raw steaks in, zip the bag, and make sure all of the steaks are covered. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour only!

If you do it for more than an hour, the fat starts to break down. So don't do it for a long time in the hopes that it will taste better, because it won't.
