Thanks for the info. The final uplink is complete and they have state of art equipment . Wow this place is nice. At least the kids at west Yadkin can have a business center closs by for school projects

I can answer that for you. they will be like any other customer, and yes it is legal. Taylorsville n.c. has 4 sweepstakes cafes and the police dept has bought several new cruiser with the proceeds...... elkin n.c. has S&D and a deputy and his wife from surry county own it., and only the lord knows the $$$$$ they have made. wilkes has 6 sweepstakes cafes. they do have to have a permit through the state of n.c. but no permit needed for phone for gambling facilities.....

Fibber you obviously started this thread to test the water on your now found web site go yadkin. Now do a little thinking if you can. Have you ever seen the internet or any provider put in jail for providing the internet to any business or individual?

There's a "contact" link on this website. They probably would have the answers you need. I would think if the establishment has a permit then you would need to service them just like any other customer. But, IDK?

What is the question? Are you asking if it's legal to run high speed fiber? or, is gambling legal? Why would a phone company be concerned with what the business is doing? It's a business. Do you practice discrimination? And for the record, Sweepstakes business has been tried and re-tried in court. They are still in business. Geez!
