If you want to know when it was the best....I remember when the Crews family ran it.

The Chilli and Slaw is kept inside and handed out if you want that on your hotdog. When I went to the game the other day my food was fine. But hey I went to watch a ballgame not get gourmet food, lol. In the past everything was already on the hotdog, not sure why they switched.

I don't think it should be outside for everyone to put on themselves. It should be kept inside and handled only by those preparing the food and wearing gloves. Yea. Starmount had one of the best concession stands when Sandy ran it.

I think they screwed up not cooking hamburgers and hot dogs at every game, but I have no problem with slaw and chili in cups. They are trying to speed thing up. It is not out there that long.

Maybe they should try to get old Sandy back. I was making light in my previous comment. I think he did a real good job. My daughter doesn't go to school there now. It was good at one time. I would eat supper there before the games.

If I'm not mistaken the chili and slaw was outside for the buyer to put on. That's not cool, lol. Best bet is cheese fries ;).

The concession stand at SHS has been going down for the last few years. It takes forever to get service. At the last home game they didn't even cook hamburgers or hot dogs. Instead they bought sandwiches from a fast food place before the game. Who wants food that has been dried out under a heat lamp for hours?

If you are talking about Sandy Martin he hasn't done the concessions this year

Has anyone visited the concession stand at Starmount? Since when is it safe to serve slaw and chili in little containers. Slaw is not kept cold and chili was not hot. Is this not a good way to get food poison?
