oogie you are correct any doctor doing CDL physicals must now be certified by the gov. to do them.

The DMV driver's license office has the forms. Take those to the medical examiner. It may now be that you must go to a pre-approved examiner.

Just go to Dr. and tell them you need a Med Card, they will give you a physical, Blood pressure, eye test, and "Drug" test then take it to Drivers License office

Im looking for some info from cdl druvers about DOT med cards, requirements, locations of docs and cost, im just starting out and the firm i signed on with wants me to get 1. thanks for the info
