Blackberry Wine Cake
An easy bundt cake to make, but looks and tastes like it was a lot of work!
1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 Cup oil
1 box Blackberry Jello or Sparkling Wild Berry Jello
3/4 Cup chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 Cup Blackberry Wine
1/2 Cup oil
1 box Blackberry Jello or Sparkling Wild Berry Jello
3/4 Cup chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 Cup Blackberry Wine
Spray bundt or tube pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients together, except nuts. Sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan. Pour batter on top. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
TOPPING:
While cake is hot, mix 3/4 cup of powdered sugar with 1/2 cup of wine. Poke holes in cake and drizzle topping over cake while still in pan. Let stand for 1 hour before inverting onto cake plate.

I have made several of them, but I don't put the nuts in mine. They are really good.
